Welcome to the most comprehensive listing of Western writers and entertainers in the world. You will find hundreds of photographs and thousands of names (often with contact addresses) in these pages. And more are added each week.

CowboyDirectory.Com is designed to provide a wide range of information about cowboy poets, movie stars, storytellers, novelists, journalists, singers and musicians, trick ropers and riders, and many more. These are the people who have written about the America West or who have done something to keep its Spirit alive for future generations.

I dedicate these pages to all those who have a deep love of the America West. That includes working cowboys and "wannabe's" alike. Whether you live in the God-made canyons of Colorado or the man-made canyons of New York City, you are welcome to sit down around our little campfire.

My thanks goes out to my wife and best friend, Peggy. More than anyone else, she knows the thousands of hours of work that I have put into researching and writing these pages. I thank you, dear, for understanding my own compulsion to write about the West I love.

In my research, I have gathered the following photos and images from here, there and everywhere. My intent is not to violate any copyrights or trademarks. I believe my usage for this essentially personal site is well within the "fair use" guidelines of the U.S. copyright law. However, I will promptly remove any item if anyone with legal standing regarding a certain item objects to its use and provides written notification to me at the address below. Rustlin' just ain't the cowboy way, ya know, and I don't want to be guilty of that.

Enough of that. Kick off your boots, lean back and enjoy yourself.

Oh, just one more thing. If you like what you see, would you please e-mail your friends and tell them about it? Muchas gracias.

Just go to the MENU to browse through the areas of interest to you. Happy reading, partner.
